License

Filmode is licensed, not sold, to you for use on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you edit. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you process with the app.

Filmode Pro

• Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks all current and future Pro features.
• Yearly is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Use Restore Purchases in the app's Settings to recover Pro on a new device.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to violate any law or third-party right, or attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app's LUTs and assets outside the app's export features.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
